Choose between collard greens, macaroni and cheese or candied yams. Choose a dipping sauce: Lady K’s Mambo Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce, Honey Mustard or Ranch.
✅ Peach N’ Bourbon Chicken – Two tender bone-in, skin on chicken thighs; draped with Lady K’s savory yet sweet bourbon infused peach sauce. Served with your choice of two side items. Choose between collard greens, macaroni and cheese or candied yams.
✅ Fried Pork Chop – One bone-in, pork loin chop; marinated in buttermilk then deep fried to a crispy, golden brown. Served with two slices of white bread and your choice of two side items. Choose between collard greens, macaroni and cheese or candied yams.
✅ Collard Greens – Fresh collard greens seasoned with Lady K’s Vegetable Blend, smoked turkey necks, minced garlic, onions and vegetable broth.
✅ Macaroni & Cheese – Al dente elbow pasta tossed in a delicious, homemade, creamy, three cheese sauce.
✅ Candied Yams – Tender, sweet potatoes slow cooked in a warm, buttery, candied citrus mixture with cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, clove and vanilla.
✅ Vanilla Pound Cake – A delicious slice of moist, buttery pound cake glazed with sweet, vanilla icing.
