✅ Fried Chicken Wings – Three whole chicken wings, seasoned with Lady K’s Chicken Blend; then deep fried to a crispy, golden brown and served with your choice of two side items. Choose between cabbage, collard greens, macaroni and cheese or candied yams. Choose ONE dipping sauce: Lady K’s Mambo Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce, Honey Mustard or Ranch.
✅ Fried Chicken (Dark Meat) – Two bone-in, skin on chicken thighs, seasoned with Lady K’s Chicken Blend; marinated in buttermilk; then deep fried to a crispy, golden brown. Served with your choice of two side items. Choose between cabbage, collard greens, macaroni and cheese or candied yams.
✅ Fried Pork Chop – One bone-in, pork loin chop, seasoned with Lady K’s Pork Blend, marinated in buttermilk; then deep fried to a crispy, golden brown. Served with two slices of white bread and your choice of two side items. Choose between cabbage, collard greens, macaroni and cheese or candied yams.
✅ Cabbage – Fresh cabbage, slow cooked until tender in a flavorful broth consisting of Lady K’s Vegetable Blend, hickory smoked bacon, onions and minced garlic.
✅ Collard Greens – Fresh collard greens seasoned with Lady K’s Vegetable Blend, smoked turkey necks, minced garlic, onions and vegetable broth.
✅ Macaroni & Cheese – Al dente elbow pasta tossed in a delicious, homemade, creamy, three cheese sauce.
✅ Candied Yams – Tender, sweet potatoes slow cooked in a warm, buttery, candied citrus mixture with cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, clove and vanilla.
✅ Vanilla Pound Cake – A delicious slice of moist, buttery pound cake glazed with sweet, vanilla icing.
