Public Events – The general public has complete access to our mobile café to make purchases. No one is excluded from attending the event being held. (No Minimum Guarantee Required). However, it is imperative that the event planner promotes our presence (via social media) in a timely manner, or we reserve the right to cancel providing services to prevent wasting our time, food, labor, gas, etc.
Private Events – The general public does not have complete access to our mobile café to make purchases. Meaning food & beverage services are solely for the guests who have been invited to the event being held. (Minimum Guarantee of $1,500.00 in Gross Sales Required) = 60 combo meals at $25/person (includes one beverage).
Private Corporate Events – We provide food & beverage services solely to the guests of the corporation who hires us. The general public does not have access to our food truck to make purchases. (Minimum Guarantee of $2,000.00 in Gross Sales Required) = 80 combo meals at $25/person (includes one beverage).
PTA / Fundraiser / Donation Events – The general public has complete access to our mobile café to make purchases. No one is excluded from attending the event being held. The maximum donation we offer is 5% of gross sales earned at the end of the event. Note: We must gross $1,200.00 or more in sales in order for the donation to be made. (No Minimum Guarantee Required). It is imperative that the event planner promotes our presence (via social media) in a timely manner, or we reserve the right to cancel providing services to prevent wasting our time, food, labor, gas, etc.
This electronic booking form needs to be completed and received PRIOR to your event date.
- 30-day notice required for food truck services. (Public Events)
- 60-day notice required for food truck catering services. (Private Events)
- 90-day notice required for mobile catering services. (Private Events)
Please be sure to list ALL the dates and times you would like us to provide services on one form. There is no need to complete multiple forms for multiple dates of service at the same location.
Please Note: Completion of the questionnaire above does not guarantee that you have in fact been booked for a particular date and time you’ve requested. Once you have completed this form, it will be reviewed by an LKC staff member and the POC listed on the questionnaire will receive a confirmation email with any details or additional information.
